LIGHT LIST CORRECTIONS

In a similar fashion as the Piloting Guide, OCEAN CHARTING SERVICES provides each vessel with Light List books in three ring binders. Corrections to the Light List Books are made by replacing the original pages with updated pages. Changes to the NAV AIDs are highlighted and the LNTM date is placed to the right.

Light List change pages are sent in the weekly packets and are
inserted as a replacement pages to Light List Binder. The new pages include all previously published changes to that page. The old pages are removed and thrown away.

Additionally, a Record of Changes sheet and an Update Log
are provided to track the changes. This provides an ongoing record
of how many pages were updated each week, and provides you with way to verify that you have received all updates.
